Weddings on a Budget - Reuse the Bouquets

This lovely wedding was held at the Lake Mary Event Center.  The guest list consisted of close friends and family which made the day intimate for the couple.
Her bouquet of white Phalaenopsis Orchids, white tulips and yellow freesia were controlled by wire for an airy feel.  The bridal party was so our bride was budget conscious and open to creative suggestions.
The Bridesmaids bouquets were simple tied bunches of white alstromeria.

After the Ceremony the Alstromeria bouquets became the centerpieces for a tall topiary style.  Added ribbon bows were at the ready and the guests were none the wiser.  A friend of the bride  donated a large amount of these aromatic roses from her garden.  The room smelled amazing!

The cake was adorable just like Alyssa and Jeff.  Congratulations!

Paradise Cove Wedding, Orlando, FL

A beautiful wedding on the lake at ParadiseCove, Orlando,FL.

The bride carried a cascading bouquet made from twenty
Cymbidium orchids and mini calla lilies.Every orchid was hand
wrapped. To learn how to stem wrap and build
orchids, watch How to make a corsage using Cymbidium Orchids.

The bridesmaids wore hot pink and carried bouquets of hot pink Gerbera daisies, bright orange tulips, yellow roses, and green hydrangea as well as green hanging amaranthus. The Maid of Honor had white Gerbera daisies and hot pinkorchids in her bouquet to set her apart.  Tables were decorated with two styles; vases for the bridesmaids bouquets as well as trios of cylinder vases with submerged blooms and floating candles.

I recommend Paradise Cove as an intimate wedding venue with a guest list of 125 or less. There is an upper deck for dancing and a side deck for an open bar. There are no kitchen facilities but caterers have no problems ensuring a wonderful meal. There is also a separate bungalow used for the bride's room. 4 stars out of 5 for location and pricing.

Purple Blue Bouquets

The bride carried cream garden roses with lavender spray roses, antique purple hydrangea as well as white hydrangea, white roses and white lisianthus with jasmine vine. Her stems were wrapped in ivory with a beautiful rhinestone buckle . Her bridesmaids carried a combination of blue delphinium, purple hydrangea and lisianthus, lavender freesia and roses accented with Dusty Miller foliage with periwinkle satin ribbon.

The church altar was flanked by two stone pedestal garden urns with antique hydrangea and 'Mythos' roses with delphinium.  So very quaint and romantic with under 100 guests!

Then on to the reception which was held at Maison Jardin. Beautiful atmosphere, great food and a dance floor. The tables were decorated with a trio of vases with lisianthus, hydrangea and roses.
